2025 was Superteam Canada’s first full year. And what a year it was.
We showed up. At every major event. Across cities, stages, and Telegram chats. We welcomed new members, launched new programs, and supported Canadians building on Solana from coast to coast.

🎂 One Year of Superteam Canada
In 2025, Superteam Canada’s builder-first mindset came to life. We held 250 events, with 197 of them being IRL, across 8 cities.
We hosted 118 co-working days, 26 mixers, and 11 founders dinners. Vibe Stations became the weekly ritual in Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal. What started in 3 cities is now a nationwide network.
From whale watching to workshops and late-night debates, the community showed up. Year One proved Canada is not just part of Solana. We are helping lead it.
🏙️ Startup Village Toronto
Our biggest moment of the year. Startup Village Toronto.
Sixteen days of nonstop building. Over 1200 attendees. Twenty-two workshops and six side events.
People flew in from around the world to be part of it. It put Superteam on the map. In Canada and beyond.
We launched Spark North in September. An accelerator program for Canadian founders.
The kickoff happened in Toronto and was open to all builders and startups. Sessions were streamed online. We packed the day with tactical talks, workshops, and real conversations.
Following the kickoff, we continued to support every participant with resources and guidance. We also introduced a more intensive level of support for a selected group of eleven early-stage teams.
Spark North is now a permanent part of our programming.
🛠️ Infrastructure and Institutional Access
Solana made big moves into Canadian financial infrastructure. One highlight stood out.
Balance launched SOL support for institutional clients. Direct staking through any validator, with custody-first access.
